Rinse the rice and leave it in water for 30 minutes. Heat the oil or
the margarine in a pot. Add salt and the water. Bring the water to boil.
Add the rice, let it boil for ca 5 minutes until water is absorbed.
Reduce heat very low, cover the pot and leave it cook for ca 20 minutes.
Serve the rice with half grilled chicken and vegetables.
