Rince the rice and leave it in water for 30 minutes. Blanch the almonds.
Heat the oil or the margarine in a pot. Cut the meat into cubes and
fry them in the pot. Add water and bring it to boil. Add the rice
and the other ingredients. Let it boil for ca 5 minutes until the
water is absorbed. Stir a few times. Reduce heat very low, cover the
pot and leave it to cook for ca 20 minutes.
